Margaret's Letter
To my three grandchildren,
My hope is that our government, and governments around the world, will take the urgent actions needed to halt the climate crisis and allow the earth to recover and flourish once more. I want you and your children to be able to live healthily and happily in a world with enough water and food for everyone; to be able to enjoy the wonders of nature; to hear birdsong and breathe clean air. I want you to live in a world where the fantastic, diverse animal kingdom, and the plants, flowers and trees, can flourish.
I hope that by the time you grow up, we will have taken the bold and brave decisions needed to protect this planet, and all life on it. I want you and all your generation, and the ones that come after you, to have a bright and wonderful future.
