To my granddaughter Emma,

My dearest Emma.

I am writing this letter because I really hope by the beginning of the 2030s the trajectory regarding climate change is a positive one. I hope my and your mother’s generations have managed to influence the government to act by, not destroying nature and, supporting farmers to look after wildlife and, not putting wealth first over natural life, by supporting renewable energies and reversing damage already done. I want you to be able to enjoy this natural world for life to be supported before greed and selfishness.
