Louise's Letter
To Eliza and Phoebe, two of our great-nieces,
I hope that by 2030 all our family will still be having fun trying to support wildlife in our gardens, as well as growing more food. I hope we will all have greener heating systems and cars. I am sure you will still be doing lots of walking where you live, looking at the plants and animals. Your clever Mummy will still be sewing you beautiful clothes, as well as reusing clothes that other children have not worn out. Your Great-grandma and Great-grandad always nurtured an appreciation of the importance of caring for the world and recognizing that even small actions can have very positive or negative consequences. Your Nanna has always inspired me by the way she has found time to support the Green Party over many years. I hope that the World is a becoming a better place for all its inhabitants.
