My children Lara Patrick and Robbie ,

I’m terrified on a daily basis about the impact of climate change on our planet -the effects of which are undeniable and evidenced all around the world - most recently, hurricane Ian which has caused devastation in Florida and South Carolina.

Our current government is demonstrating a flagrant disregard by continuing to dig fossil fuels from the earth instead of investing in green clean renewable energy and jobs.

I want a liveable planet for you, my children and my future grandchildren and I will do everything in my gift to fight for a fossil free planet for you, future generations and for the millions whose lives are already being catastrophically affected.

Letters to Tomorrow, like this one, will help persuade politicians to stop stalling and put climate change on their agenda every day.
