To my grandchildren ,
Hello my dear grandchildren,
You always say, “Granny loves nature”. Now I see you like it too. You looked out for deer and swans at Gosforth Nature Reserve. You recognised oak leaves and bulrushes. You wanted our grass to stay long after NoMowMay and you ensured small insects escaped to safety if you found them. You filled up bird feeders. With us all fostering this caring attitude we are saving our nature and showing others we can stop the destruction of our planet.
