Janet's Letter
Future generations,
I do hope this earth is a good place to live, well looked after by society and Governments alike. I hope that my generation came to its senses in time and invested in policies that turned around the climate crisis and biodiversity crisis that we are experiencing today in 2022, so that as many people as possible can live safely, in peace and prosper.
But that is dependant on sensible decisions being taken now in 2022, with investments, incentives and regulation being focussed on things like renewables, improved insulation, good soil and water management management and wildlife conservation, rather than fossil fuels and cheap, low quality food. Without this more people will have their lives devastated by extreme climate and weather events and increasing world conflict. I so hope you are spared this.
