To my sons Alex and Fergus,

I am already crying! I am doing my best to try to change things. I want people to sit up and take notice and for people to be put before profit. To end the fossil fuel economy and see the value of nature. To not punish those who have done least to cause this problem. I hope my efforts are successful. I hope you are able to appreciate nature like I can. I hope there is less conflict and suffering in the world. I hope people value compassion and not money, status or power. I love you both very much.
