To my amazing grandchildren,
You are very precious to me. You have brought joy to my life, but that joy is now tempered by grave concern for your future. How I wish that we humans had taken better care of the world that you are so busy discovering. I hope that by the time you read this, humanity has woken up and taken decisive action to limit global warming and protect precious wildlife and biodiversity. I and millions of others are raising our voices because we care about you and your future. I hope our voices - the voices of love, reason and sanity - have been heard.
